Connecticut Appalachian Trail Hike

I will be hiking the southern half of the Connecticut section of the Appalachian Trail with Troop 4 later this week (NY/CT border to Rt 7 & 4). I will post pictures from our trek and comment to this blog. Above is a picture of our route and here is a link to an Interactive AT Map.

Mostly a wooded walk today. Not as many hills as yesterday. The woods are very dry the rivers are low or dry and some plants are withering.
